As your dedicated birth doula, I am here to support you every step of the way, from pregnancy through postpartum. This full-service package is designed to offer you emotional, physical, and informational support to ensure you feel confident, empowered, and well-prepared for your birth and beyond.

Free Consultation

We’ll meet at a local coffee shop for a free consultation to discuss your pregnancy, expectations, and the support you need. This is a great opportunity for us to connect, and for you to ask any questions about my services and how I can help you have the birth experience you desire.

Prenatal Support

  • Home Visits (1-3 Visits): We’ll have 1 to 3 home visits before your due date, each lasting 1.5 to 2 hours. During these visits, we’ll discuss your birth preferences, work through any concerns, and make sure you feel prepared for the big day.
  • Unlimited Phone, Email, and Text Support: Throughout your pregnancy, you’ll have unlimited access to me via phone, email, and text to answer questions, provide resources, and offer guidance. I’m here to help you feel supported every step of the way.
  • Assistance with Birth Preferences and Goals: Together, we’ll work on creating your personalized birth preferences to help guide you in making informed decisions.
  • Addressing Fears and Anxiety: I’ll help you process any fears or anxieties you may have about labor and birth, providing reassurance and tools for emotional well-being.
  • Access to Prenatal Support Groups: You’ll have access to private prenatal support groups where you can connect with other expecting parents and share experiences and advice.

Birth Support

  • 24/7 On-Call Support: From 38 weeks until the birth of your baby, I’ll be on-call to provide continuous support whenever you need it, ensuring you feel cared for and confident during labor.
  • Backup Doula Access: In the rare case that I am unavailable, you’ll have access to a backup doula to ensure you always have reliable support during your birth.
  • Continuous Support During Labor: I’ll be by your side, providing continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout the labor and delivery process.
  • Real-Time Support in the First Hour of Life: I will provide support during the first hour after birth, helping you with initial bonding, breastfeeding, and any other needs that arise in those early moments.
  • Comfort Techniques: I’ll guide you and your partner through effective comfort measures, including breathing techniques, positional recommendations, and pain-relieving pressure to support labor progression and help ease discomfort.
  • Coordinated Communication: I’ll help facilitate communication between you, your partner, and your birth team, ensuring everyone is on the same page for a smooth and empowering birth experience.
  • Encouragement for Your Birth Partner: I’ll provide emotional support and encouragement for your partner, ensuring they feel confident and empowered in their role as your support system.
  • Birth Photography (Non-Professional): I’ll capture candid, non-professional photos of the birth, so you have memories of your experience to cherish.

Postpartum Support

  • 1-2 Postpartum Visits: After birth, I’ll visit you at home within 14 days to offer support. Each visit lasts between 1 to 1.5 hours and includes:
    • Breastfeeding Support: I’ll assist with positioning, latch support, and any questions you may have as you get started with breastfeeding.
    • Postpartum Emotional and Practical Guidance: I’ll provide emotional support and practical advice as you adjust to life with your newborn.
    • Access to Postpartum Support Groups: You’ll have access to support groups where you can share your experiences, connect with others, and get additional advice during the postpartum period.
  • Continuous Encouragement and Empowerment: I will continue to offer encouragement and support during the postpartum period, ensuring you feel valued and empowered as you navigate your early parenting experience.
