  • Complimentary Yoga with Doula Services: If you hire me as your birth doula, prenatal yoga sessions are included at no additional charge. This allows you to incorporate tailored yoga practices into your doula experience, enhancing your overall support during pregnancy.

  • Tailored One-on-One Flows: If you’re interested in prenatal yoga without the birth doula package, I offer individualized sessions for $65 per hour. Each flow is customized to meet your unique needs, whether you’re dealing with common discomforts like back pain, fatigue, or anxiety.

  • Support for Each Phase of Pregnancy: As your body changes, so do your needs. I’m happy to provide links to various yoga flows that cater to different stages of pregnancy, ensuring you have the right tools at your fingertips to feel your best.

  • Mindfulness and Meditation: In addition to yoga, I offer mindfulness meditation practices to help you cultivate calm and connection. These techniques can be especially beneficial in managing stress, enhancing relaxation, and preparing for labor.
