I will be available to guide, reassure, and support you throughout the birth process via phone, Zoom, or FaceTime. Whether you're birthing at home, in a hospital, or at a birth center, I’ll be there to support you every step of the way.

What’s Included:

• Free Initial Consultation: We’ll meet virtually to discuss your birth preferences, answer questions, and ensure we’re a good fit.
• Prenatal Sessions (3-4 virtual sessions): These sessions will include:
  • Personalized birth plan creation
  • Evidence-based birthing techniques and pain management strategies
  • Supporting your birth partner and preparing them for their role
  • Understanding the stages of labor and how to navigate each phase
  • Answers to all of your pregnancy and birth-related questions
• On-Call Virtual Labor Support: I will be available 24/7 around your due date to provide continuous emotional support, guidance through each stage of labor, and comfort measures to help you stay calm and focused during your birth. You can reach out to me anytime during your labor for support.
• Postpartum Check-In: A follow-up session after birth to provide emotional support, assist with any questions, and guide you through the early postpartum days.
• Text/Email Support: Reach out to me anytime during your pregnancy for ongoing support, resources, or questions.
